I have 10 years of restaurant and catering experience, as well as 6 years of private chef services. I have worked in highly regarded restaurants such as Viajante in London, and Wd-50, Dovetail in New York City.

I am currently in the Raleigh/Durham area serving the most demanding clientele in the city, but am also available to travel anywhere domestically for the right opportunity.

Chef Lester is kind, communicative, accommodating, and a *VERY* skilled and talented chef. Having him cook an 8 course meal for a party of four was well worth the investment and I would definitely hire him again!

Chef Les was fantastic. He gave us a perfect evening and a unique and wonderful meal. We highly recommend him. He is very flexible in how he arranges plans for the meal and prompt with all communications. A couple of the courses included food prepared as we had not tried before, and the dishes were delicious.

Very Happy with Chef Lester Almanzar Chef created a menu for a multi-course dinner that perfectly captured the evening we wanted to have, and then executed flawlessly-- food was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a pleasure to have him in our home, and we look forward to the next time.

Chef Lester did an incredible job making a del ious meal for my wife’s birthday. We really enjoyed the food he prepared in addition to talking to him throughout the evening.
