I am a professional chef with 30plus years experience in multiple restaurants ranging from fine dining to burger spots and taco shops. Currently I work for myself, I have a gyro cart and a small catering service that I run out of Telluride, CO. During the summers. I’ve had my own restaurants that you can look up for reference if you’d like… I used to own “the corner” in downtown San Diego across from Petco Park where we did burgers and did them well , I also had my own high end taco shop in telluride called “taco Del gnar” where the concept was fine dining in a taco. I have worked on and off for many years for “backcountry catering” out of telluride…where we do everything from private small dinners to 200p weddings for such high end clients as “Oprah” and countless other celebrities who own homes in the telluride area. I also currently have a chef inspired street wear brand called “backofthehouse” that I’ve been doing for 10years that has been featured on “top chef” and more recently on “chopped” as of last week.
