I am , 12 Veteran in the culinary world coming from Las Vegas NV . I’ve been trained with some world class chefs in the Industry From R.M Seafood at the Mandalay Bay , to Aquknox at the Venetian . My culinary journey has took to me to Atlanta G.A . Camas Washington & Now Dallas T.X . I have the privilege for cooking for well know elite people in Las Vegas N.V as a Private Chef , I truly believe in creating something special for each client, customize menus to each client’s desires , I highly believe in cooking to table , providing my clients with the best ingredients and information on local farmers I use , I believe in cooking buy the season to , and also using organic products .Also with me being gluten free I can catering to people with allergies as well , I would love to host your next Baby shower , Office parties, BBQ , Dinner party , or anniversary you name we can accommodate you , we will build a menu to your likings , so let’s experience The Risa J Private dining experience.
