I've been in the restaurant industry for 10 years. During that time I've worked in Southwest, Italian, and gastro pub kitchens. In those kitchens I was fortunate enough to learn multiple types of cooking techniques that I've implemented into my cooking. With those cooking techniques I was able to represent Arizona in a Westcoast cook-off in Southern California.
