Chef At Home In El PasoI am a professional chef with over ten years experience, and I have dedicated my time to my craft by cooking all around the country and even other countries in the world. I obtained my culinary degree at Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, where I learned the fundamentals of cooking. For the past over four years I've been working with chef such as Andres Padilla, working as a sous chefs at Ambar Mexican Restaurant in El Paso, Texas and as Kitchen Manager at Leña Brava in Chicago. Now I am back in El Paso, I am looking for a new challenge for myself. Furthermore, I've also worked with other important chefs such as Fermin Nuñez from Suerte and Este in Austin; Rico Torres from Mixtli in San Antonio among other chefs in the Texas scene.
