A approachable Chef with a simple but yet rustic approach to food.

I'm a professional chef with 15 years of cooking experience. I'm a native of Connecticut, born and raised. I studied at the Center of culinary Arts. I'm knowledgeable about sourcing ingredients, maintaining budgets and maximizing customer satisfaction. Throughout my career I made it a point to challenge myself and learn from the best. I have worked in Italian, French, Farm to Table and even Gastropub settings. Here are some of the restaurants I've worked for Caseus Fromagerie and Bistro, Union League Cafe, Bar Bouchee, The Mill At 2T, The SchoolHouse At Cannondale Village, La Strega, The Big Green Truck Pizza and Milestone Wood fired Pizza Restaurant. I also have experience in meal-prep in the Whole 30 diet, and the Paleo diet. My passion for food extends beyond work, for I truly believe healthy ingredients can change your outlook on life and heal your mind, body, and spirit.
