My name is Chef Lenny. I'm a professional chef with over 20 years experience, I’ve lived in the Carolinas, South Florida and the Caribbean.
I have worked in many styles of cuisine and as of the past years was the Executive Chef of the Porsche Design Tower and with Marriot in Punta Cana where I worked for high end clients, celebrities and their families. My style is modern American with Latin influences, I’ve worked as a caterer, personal chef, classes at home and private intimate diners. I execute a lot of bachelorette parties, Birthday dinners and Private Family gatherings and can create , design or change menus based on your theme, palate or dietary restriction.
