Private Chef In BaltimoreI'm a professional chef trained in the killer dive bars of Portland, OR and most recently the sous chef at KBC on Foster in Dothan, AL. I like to make each meal an experience and introduce people to new dishes they've never tried before. My specialties tend towards flavors from Japan, Mexico, and Scandinavia but I'm highly adaptable and always willing to try new things! I'm also a huge history buff and like to bring that to the table so to speak. Wouldn't you like to eat a 1,000 year old stew*?
