Passionate about cooking and bring everyone together through food.

I am a professional Chef. I’ve been working in the culinary industry for 11 year now. However I started to learn to cook long before that. I would say around 8 years old. I helped my grandma cook and I also competed in 4-h cooking contest. I studied culinary arts at Delgado in New Orleans Louisiana. Where I got my degree in professional culinary and a certificate in culinary management. I have worked in small family owned restaurant, corporate restaurants and James beard award restaurant.
