I am a professional chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary world. I’ve honed my skills in the kitchens of some of the finest chefs in the industry. The likes of Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Tom Colicchio, Michael Mina and Top Chef winner Nick Elmi, have all played vital roles in directing my culinary education and have subsequently led me to kitchens all over the US, exposing me to a diverse range of ingredients, cuisines, and culinary techniques.
