Genuine, caring lover of creating good food experiences that is influenced by my travels
Like so many of us, I grew up in the kitchen. Many of my childhood memories revolve around food, cooking, and a dream to open a healthy restaurant one day. Little did I know then that I was on a path with a collective of experiences to serve people in their own home kitchens instead.
My culinary wheelhouse is in cooking with Latin, Mediterranean, and regional American flavors. I love to get creative with exploring a wide variety of recipes to learn new techniques and more about enhancing flavors.
My clientele has included executive professionals, professional athletes, international business people, and families. I am highly organized, attentive to detail, and resourceful in providing more than food at your event. I am adaptable to casual, informal gatherings as well as black-tie multi-course occasions.
Before becoming a personal chef, I had an award-winning career for 10 years in catering sales and event planning in the hotel industry and fine dining restaurants.
