With over six years of diverse culinary experience, I stand as a seasoned private chef dedicated to crafting exceptional culinary experiences. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Nutrition and a minor in Food Studies from Johnson & Wales University. Throughout my career, I've honed my skills in various culinary realms, from fine dining establishments like The Inn at Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, to catering businesses, medical facilities, and even serving the Denver Broncos.
It was during my tenure with the Broncos that my passion for Performance Nutrition ignited. Witnessing firsthand the impact of tailored nutrition on athletic performance, I embarked on a mission to fuse my culinary expertise with sports nutrition principles. Thus, my venture into private chef services tailored to athletes' unique dietary needs began, offering them the fine-dining quality meals they deserve, even in their everyday lives.
Originating from Puerto Rico, I carry with me a deep appreciation for its vibrant culinary heritage. Upon relocating to the States, I noticed the underrepresentation of Puerto Rican and other global cuisines. Fueled by this observation, I vowed to bridge the gap by infusing my menus with global flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques. Each dish I create serves as a tribute to cultural diversity, aiming to introduce clients to the richness of global cuisine.
