I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience cooking in restaurants and competitions, as well as for friends and family. I enjoy bringing out the best flavors of locally sourced ingredients with a bit of international flair. My restaurant experiences have brought me from Virginia Beach to Kansas City and now to Austin. From-scratch Italian, Americana, and Korean food are my specialties. I love bringing and merging many cuisines to the table, so let me know what you’re craving!
