I am an avid home cook and baker who was fortunate to learn during my university years working alongside the renowned chefs leading the award-winning global dining program at Cornell University's Statler Hotel. I am well versed in playful vegetable forward cooking that is wholesome yet decadent. I am also an experienced baker with a specialized focus on gluten free baking, including a variety of sourdough savories and sweets.
