I am originally from Decatur, GA. I moved my to Miami, FL to study at Johnson & Wales where I earned both my Associates & Bachelor’s in Culinary Arts. Over the last 6 years, I’ve worked under many different chefs while recently specializing in Mediterranean cuisine. I have professional experience with Peruvian cuisine, Italian cuisine, & catering as well.
