Personal Chef In Baton RougeI am a young, culinary professional born and raised in south Louisiana with 6 years of experience. I received my formal training from the famed Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge, La, but I spent years learning under my mother and grandmothers. I have spent time working in a variety of settings from casino buffets to sorority houses to fine dining kitchens to medical daycares. I personally take pride in communicating with my clients/customers to ensure that I am providing the best meal possible. No request is too out of the box for me. I specialize in scratch cooking, vegetarian-friendly meals, health-restricted meals (no salt, weight loss, diabetical, etc), and southern food. I take pride in being able to make a meal out of almost anything that is in a pantry. I am very personable and approachable. I will always be more than happy to answer any questions and make any accommodations. I am always prepared, prompt, and will ALWAYS serve with a smile.
