I am a professional chef with 17 years experience in the culinary/retail industry. I started out as a Back Up Cook( Prep Cook) for Boston Market in 2007. Since I have worked multiple fast food and casual dining chains over the years. Now I am pursuing my Food Entrepreneurship degree at Augustne Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I look to have my own location to do personal chef services and offer cooking classes to the youth.
