With over 20 years of experience and a lifelong passion for cooking, I was raised in a home where food was at the heart of everything, and I specialize in Puerto Rican, American Comfort, Brunch, and Grazing Tables. I particularly enjoy curating intimate events like bachelorette and bachelor parties, proposals, engagement celebrations, showers, and family gatherings—though my expertise extends far beyond these occasions. My ultimate mission is to revive the tradition of family dinner time, bringing loved ones together around the table.

After completing my studies in the HRIM program at the University of Delaware, I began my culinary journey at the prestigious Hotel Hershey, working on the culinary banquet team, before moving to the exclusive Palm Beach Country Club to join the Garde Manger team. My career has taken me across the U.S., allowing me to refine my craft and develop a unique culinary style along the way.

In August 2019, I founded LBCreations, where I’ve created a brand that offers clients a dining experience that feels like a warm, welcoming meal with family.
