I have been serving the entire Big Island as a private chef since 2021. Cooking is my passion and I’m so blessed to be able to do it here on this beautiful island I now call home. I’ve been cooking for over 10 years professionally but started out as a little one baking with my grandmother as a child. It was there that the seed was planted and my love of food began. I would describe my cooking style as elevated comfort food. I truly cook from the heart and I believe that’s what makes my food so special. Chef Kylee is an outstanding professional, bringing fresh energy to both the meal and its preparation. The appetizers were diverse and catered to all guests, including two vegans. The fish, shrimp, and vegan dishes were full of flavor and expertly prepared. She creatively incorporated tropical flavors using local produce and fruits, making each dish a delightful surprise. Chef Kylee was personable and engaging, beautifully setting up our table outdoors, taking advantage of the cool night and ocean. Throughout the planning process, she was flexible and responsive to our requests, while suggesting new ideas we had not considered. She also packed up the delicious leftovers and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend Chef Kylee for any event or cuisine style!
