I am a professional chef that earned her Associates degree of Applied Science from the Art Institute of Houston. I started my career in various positions as Catering Director, Executive Chef, GM and Campus Dining Director. Of course, grew up in the kitchen with grandma, great aunt for holidays. The desire increased when I had gone to catering a birthday party with my aunt. I had so much fun and asked to do it again. But the moment an envelope was given to me with cash!! So, help me understand, I really enjoyed what I did and got paid for it. Where do I sign up! Still working at my desk job until I learned about this culinary schools showcase. Yes, I attended and that night I was enrolled! Graduated in 2004 had so many challenges along the way and trying to keep a full-time job while keeping a full-time school schedule. I wouldn't change a thing.

My passion has afforded me some great experiences and lessons...and a few celebs under my belt. I am so grateful and honored for all of my opportunities.
