A culinary professional with over 2 decades of experience in all areas of the kitchen and restaurant. I live in the northlake area of Charlotte, NC but, I am currently managing and lead sous chef for a catering company based out of Atlanta, GA. All while maintaining a career as a culinary instructor for an online platform. I have a versatile style of cooking and am willing/able to adapt to any requested theme. However, I traditionally specialize in vegan/vegetarian cooking, haute, and southern cuisine.
