I have been cooking for 10+ years. I studied at the French Culinary Institute, NYC. Line cooked at The Mariposa, Deer Valley, UT & at Doe Bay Cafe, Orcas Island, WA. Studied the art of wood-fired sourdough at Tracebridge Sourdough, Somerset England. Pastry, Sundance Ski Resort. Owner & Chef Ramblin’ Rose Catering & cooking classes.
