I’m passionate about ethical and premium sourcing from small scale fishermen and living soil ranchers, farmers, and dairymen. I make sourdough bread at home, handmade pastas, and my favorite housewife is Ramona. I am willing to cater to any sort of dietary restriction, personal aversion, or allergy. I make excellent vegan soups.
