I am a private chef traveling between the Pacific Northwest, Alta and the big island of Hawai’i for the last 5 years. Finding a balance of sunshine and rain and snow while sourcing the region’s best products. I seek out farmer’s market, fruit stands, fish markets and other obscure places to acquire unique ingredients.
