I strive to create experiences with Michelin backed techniques with no pretense. Thoughtful, delicious, fun.
I began cooking while attending Columbia University in NYC. After having worked in many Michelin starred restaurants, I am now the executive sous chef at Marian’s, a small independent restaurant in Greenwich Village. Chef/Owner Christian Rowan comes from a long line of three star restaurants including Eleven Madison Park and Guy Savoy. With my experience at Babbo, The Nomad Hotel, and CrownShy, we strive to use Michelin technique in a neighborhood setting.
