I am a professional chef with 13 years of restaurant and private chef experience. I was classically trained in Paris, France as well as Chengdu, China. I have been credited with being a pioneer of the street food movement in France when I opened the first and wildly successful food truck, Le Camion qui Fume.
Since moving back to the US, I have been cooking for very high profile clients and continue to challenge myself in the kitchen.
