I'm a passionate, professional chef who focuses on healthful comfort food from around the globe.
I have been fascinated with food my entire life. My favorite thing as a kid was to pore over my mom's vast collection of cookbooks, beginning with Betty Crocker's Cookbook and The Joy of Cooking. My gastro heroes include Alice Brock, Bryant Terry, Deborah Madison and Jamie Oliver. I've been vegetarian since 2008 and I have found that it's been both the most challenging and satisfying experiences I have even undertaken.
I offer services including weekly meal packages, dinner parties, and meal prep. I will implement menu planning, shopping, cooking, and end with tidying up your kitchen. Please let me introduce you to some of the best, healthiest comfort food you've ever tasted.
I will arrive at your home ready to create a healthful, lovely meal for a special occasion, help with prep for a party, or do meal prep for the week. You needn't worry about missing out on time spent with family and friends - let me work my magic behind the scenes!
