I am a passionate chef of 28 years. I studied under Wolfgang Puck, ran successful restaurants in Nashville, and have won Chopped & Cutthroat Kitchen.
I love life and enjoy helping people create long lasting memories by way of providing beautiful food. I’ve lived in Nashville 23 years and have embraced its evolution. My focus with regards to food is straight forward and accessible. I can cook just about anything under the sun, including desserts. I have lived in Turkey, Florida, California, Texas and Alabama, and am well traveled in the U.S. as well as abroad. From dim sum to fried chicken, to kebabs and tiramisu, I am your versatile chef. Outside of work I spend time with my extended family, pets and friends. Being outside in the sunshine at the dog park, beach, a river or pool and I’m a happy woman. If I go out, it’s probably to a a comedy set at Zanies. I’m great with people and can get along with anyone.
