I am passionate about food, family and fun! I believe in cooking with love and every other emotion. I’m a father to a amazing little girl.
I am a chef with 14 yrs of experience in the food and beverage industry. I graduated culinary school from CFCC in 2011. After gaining experience working locally as a line cook for many establishments locally I made my way to Las Vegas where I worked under some of the best chefs in the world. I then returned to Nc. Where I have opened up a few restaurants and food truck with my fellow chef Danny. We own Smash-N- Dash the food truck and a location inside CFCC north campus. Me and chef Danny work together to bring quality and passion to every meal. My specialties are southern comfort and soul food. But can execute a wide verity of menus. Sexy food is what we do!
