Chef Korinna Farver

I am a professional cook with years of experience in the Pacific Northwest. I have travelled to countries in the Mediterranean to learn multiple styles of traditional dishes. I have studied in Greece, Italy and Turkey to learn centuries old techniques straight from grandmothers of the culture. I have interned at Evergreen State College in their farm program. Fresh and healthy produce is a key factor in my meal planning. I have an undefeated passion for sharing high quality and beautiful dishes with the community. I have excelled at the top restaurants in Washington States capital and have learned many techniques from exceptional chefs. My goals are to continue to highlight the elegance and diversity in the local Northwest cuisine for the local culture to savor.
