Growing up in London, food was the heart and soul of my family. I discovered a passion for bringing people together through the power of food…and so began my career as a chef. I have spent the last 19 years as a seasonal chef in private kitchens creating individualized dining experiences that span across many cultures and cuisines.
My ultimate goal is to understand your vision and personal preferences, then build delicious dishes with an emphasis on depth of flavor, balance and fresh ingredients. Inspired by my curiosity to learn new things about food every day, my culinary craft is constantly evolving as I build upon these personal relationships with my clients.
