For the past 22 years, I've dedicated my life to cooking. I love cooking for others and I take great pride in what I do.
Im a professionally trained chef with over 20 years experience looking to offer my expertise to those who want to enjoy a great meal. Ive worked in some high-profile New York City restaurants and trained under world renowned chefs. I have also opened and operated two successful restaurants of my own both of which garnered national attention and accolades. Since leaving the restaurant industry, I have dedicated my time to learning about and making bread; everything from pizzas to focaccia to sourdough. I currently spend most of my free time elbow deep in dough.
