My name is Kevin Mason! I was born and raised in Houston and lived in New Orleans for ten years working with other talented chefs to bring the big bold Texas style cooking to New Orleans flavor and spice.
On moving back to Houston, I started my own catering company and in 2015 I was voted the #1 home caterer in Houston! I customize menus for every client because I believe each item on a menu should reflect the clients style, embody the purpose for the gathering, and excite guests!
