I am a culinary professional with over 10 years of experience in front and back of house. I trained at the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan while working at Michelin Star restaurants across the country. I have lived on Maui over 5 years, and have been the exclusive in house chef for a family for a year of that time. I have a background in French Technique, but can make a variety of dishes to seduce the palate.
