Was a Deli Assistant Manager at 12 Vons/Pavilions stores over nine years. Became the Chef for a residential drug rehabilitation facility near Calabasas. Currently working as a Private Chef and have cooked at venues including Long Beach Memorial Care, Cedars-Sinai Hospital, The Getty Villa, Huntington Library, Athenaeum Club, UCLA, USC, Vanguard University, Occidental College as well as Chateau Marmonte, Hotel Bel-Air, Beverly Hills Hotel, Omni Hotel, Riviera Country Club, Los Angeles Tennis Club among others.
