Growing up with food as the core of every family function. I've developed the love of cooking early on. I have a passion for my ethnic southeast asian cuisine, particularly Laotian, Thai & Vietnamese.
Beginning in 2006 I fell in love with the art of sushi . I continued on developing my skills through various professional kitchens. I joined the Take a Chef team in 2017 and has had the pleasure of cooking for the public.
As an avid gardener, sustainability and locally sourced products is what makes up much of my cuisine.
