I spent my life expressing myself through dance and music, but my hidden talent for cooking, has allowed me to tell my story through delicious food.
I am a home chef turned professional chef that has opened two restaurants and currently pursuing my journey as a private chef. Cooking was something I enjoyed doing at a very young age, but my ability to dance and perform, has led me to pursue that profesionally at the highest level. My father’s dream when he first immigrated to America was to open a restaurant and in 2012, my siblings and I were able to make that happen. I took the initiative to learn the art and business, manage the operations, and eventually run the kitchen. Creating cultural dishes from Laos and Sushi, has led me to open another restaurant, and pursue cooking full time. My main goal is to push Lao cuisine to the masses and bring love and joy to people through the distinct taste of my food creations.
