I’m a professional chef with a deep passion for sharing culture through food. What started as a love for cooking at home has grown into a full-time culinary career—from opening a family restaurant to working as a private chef. Before stepping into the kitchen professionally, I pursued a career as a professional dancer, which shaped my creativity, discipline, and ability to connect with people—qualities I now bring to every dining experience.

In 2012, my siblings and I fulfilled my father’s dream of opening a restaurant after he immigrated to America. I took the lead in learning every aspect of the business—managing both front and back of house operations, overseeing staff, and running the kitchen. Along the way, I developed a high level of expertise in sushi and Southeast Asian cuisine, particularly the bold and vibrant flavors of Laos.

Since then, I’ve helped launch other restaurant projects and managed operations at a corporate level within the industry, further sharpening my skills in hospitality, leadership, and culinary execution.

Today, I offer curated private dining experiences that blend my technical expertise with cultural storytelling and personalized menus. My mission is to bring people together through memorable meals and to share the rich traditions of Lao cuisine with a broader audience.
