Chef Kendra Fields

I am a professional chef with over 13 years old cooking experience plus 5 years of self-taught baking and pastry. My style of cooking comes from years of watching my mom cook in the kitchen and seeing all the possibility I could have with the years to come from being a chef. After graduating from California Culinary Academy I've had the opportunity to work at some amazing restaurants, Opera houses, Private catering companies and now private chef. I pride myself into knowing as much as I can in the kitchen there's so many cuisine that we can all learn from and enjoy we just need to have a open mind have seat at the table and eat everything in sight.
