I am a professional chef with over a decade in the culinary field. I received my education from the renowned California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, CA in 2005. Afterward, I went on to gain invaluable knowledge of various cuisines at top San Francisco restaurants and hotels such as The Slanted Door, Town Hall, Citizen Cake, and Sir Francis Drake Hotel.
Currently, I focus on providing masterfully curated exquisite food, beautiful presentation, superb service, and meticulous attention to detail to bring your special occasion to life. I cater gatherings in places public and private for groups large and small, for business or pleasure, either formal or casual. I am committed to creating health-conscious meals using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients supporting local farmers and producers that engage in organic and sustainable agricultural practices that protect the health of the land and the consumers.
