Chef Keegan Taylor

My name is Keegan Taylor and I am an extremely motivated and hard working chef looking for a full time client with goals of making their culinary dreams come true. I love every bit of this industry and I am constantly reading, researching, and exploring new ways to improve my skill set. My strong suits are organization, menu and recipe development, sourcing, inventory management, and maintaining budgets including food and labor cost.

I love scratch cooking with a passion and I find it extremely important to be as familiar with the source of what we eat and thoroughly enjoy working with the best of the best ingredients the seasons have to offer. My skills include but are not limited to whole animal butchery, charcuterie, pasta making, pastry, baking, fermenting, pickling, and overall just making superior food than you'll receive outside of a Michelin star restaurant.
