Memorable experiences are the name of the game, and I'm here to exceed expectations

Starting my career in Sonoma County, CA, I have a longstanding appreciation for working with what is around me. This ethos lead me to multiple renowned Italian establishments, focusing on making everything in house, whole animal butchery, baking with local grains, and beyond. With the respect and care for the product that comes with this mentality caused me to gravitate towards Japanese cuisine.

Spending most of my formative years in Seattle, I also traveled the country looking for restaurants that could broaden as well as further instill the knowledge that has come to mold me into the person I am today.

While these two cuisines are two I hold very dearly to my heart, my appreciation for food spreads across the continent and have a very extensive knowledge and willingness to learn, so nothing is off the table to fit your needs!
