My name is Kayla Vallejos & I have been cooking professionally for about 8 years. I am self taught cook and have worked my way up learning from amazing chefs around the country. I was born and raised in New Jersey and I really enjoy bringing some Italian Cuisine to New Mexico with a little flair. I started a food truck called Taste of Love which we specialized in handmade pastas, sauces and more with a New Mexican Flair. I no longer have the food truck but still enjoy cooking intimate meals to provide an exceptional experience.
I enjoy doing private chef events and sharing my passion with people through the dishes I make. The integrity of every ingredient should always shine.
