Passionate about cooking, I view food as a gateway to health and vitality, promoting nourishment and fostering connections among people.
I am a self taught professional chef. Having run my own catering business along with our cafe/bar/venue for 16 years in England, I returned to the states in 2016 with my husband where I began working as an executive chef for a sorority at FSU. I then went on to work as a Director of Dining Services at a Hospital nearby and have recently ventured out on my own again as a personal chef. My aim is to help others find their joy while relieving the stress of catering, whether it's the every day task of preparing dinner or hosting a special event.
