I am a Nashville based chef and cooking class instructor. I have been crafting dinner parties for 8 years, and over the past year I have been teaching both personal cooking classes and dinner party cooking classes. I have been gluten free for 15 years and vegan for 2. I love helping people discover delicious foods that nurture out bodies. I partner with local farmers here in Nashville to bring seasonal, local ingredients to your table. Quality is a huge priority to me, so I only use sustainably raised meat and organic produce when available. I also compost all my scraps and use minimal packaging.
