I am a mom and a chef, just trying to make a living.
I have been a chef for about 3 years professionally, but I have been in the industry for about 10 years. I am a creative person so I like to push the boundaries of traditional cooking.
I understand how to do lots of different types of cuisine. I understand how to work around food restrictions and still make a tasty meal. I could make whatever you asked me to make.

Charcuterie Board- Marinated mozzarella balls, sliced pepper jack, sharp cheddar, peppered salami, prosciutto, ham, Pepperoni olives, dried fruit pickles, tomatoes, toasted baguettes, pretzel chips, roasted nuts with fig jam, onion dip, granny mustered
3 Stuffed fried meatballs - Meatballs stuffed with cheeses and peppers and then fried, served with a BBQ sauce
