Greetings! I am Chef Kat and cooking has always been in me. I grew curious at a young age and it stuck with me through high school. Then is when I had the opportunity to take an actual culinary class and fell in love. After graduating I moved to Charlotte NC and enrolled in culinary school where it really all began.
