I am a International , born raised in the South Pacific with a European mother. My Palate is global cuisines.

Worked for several International Hotels/Resorts.

Finished my schooling in Hospitality & Tourism

Have my own kitchen and have a nonprofit that helps disadvantage under advantage people with dreams of becoming a small business owner.

I came to Texas for my mom- and stayed. While here I have had opportunities to work at a few local wineries, country clubs an restaurants. I am also a Vip Chef to some of most talented Musicians who are from our Region or visits our area. You often find me helping others, mentoring our local schools culinary kids or chillin with my dog coco.
