I'm a mixed-Filipino chef who's passionate about creating flavors that reflect my cultural background and inspire others to explore their own.

Hello! I'm a professional chef with 8 years of experience in restaurant industry. I studied at the Seattle Culinary Academy in 2017 and am trained in a variety of styles from fine-dining to fast-casual. In 2020 I joined the team at Archipelago where I dug into Filipino-American cuisine and learned in-depth about the array Pacific Northwest ingredients, their seasons and the myriad of ways to make them delicious.
