Get to know me better

I use to travel the world to eat, now I try bringing those places and flavors to offer people a unique experience.

I'm ethnically Indian, a Singapore native, and a converted New Yorker who left a career in finance to tell stories through food. My food showcases Indian and Chinese flavors combined with classical French techniques with some good old-fashioned American classics.

I own a business that does supper clubs, sells packaged snacks, writes food profiles, and takes food photography.

Food aside, I'm an avid football (Manchester United) and Formula 1 fan who spends the rest of my time hanging out with my dog.
