I'm ethnically Indian, a Singapore native, and a converted New Yorker who left a career in finance to tell stories through food. My food showcases Indian and Chinese flavors combined with classical French techniques with some good old-fashioned American classics.

Kartik was amazing! Prompt, organized, friendly, knowledgeable and above all an incredible chef! Our meal was delicious from the charcuterie board, to the soup, to the entree to the dessert! Cannot recommend him more highly!
