I was born in Poland where my love for food has come from. I grew up in a large family and Im the youngest of 7. My mother constantly had food on the table, and although our home was small we always had guests, and everyone left our house full. This is where my passion for food began. I have traveled throughout Europe and Asia, and continuously enjoy learning and cooking from different cultures. I have lived in Europe, Asia, Florida (Keys), and now found my permanent home here on Oahu.

Chef Karol and his assistant Melody were wonderful. having them serve us during our time in Hawaii made the trip even more memorable. Not only did they serve amazing food, but genuinely interacted with us and made us feel at home on our trip! they are a great team and served amazing food. Wishing we could have brought them back home with us to the main land, ha!
